Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you play Eggs (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

Google account info — when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, profile picture URL, and a Google account identifier. We use this to create and identify your player profile.
Player profile — your chosen in-game nickname and avatar selection are stored on our servers.
Game progress — your map progress, collected items, and inventory state are stored on our servers so your game is preserved across devices and reinstalls.
Advertising data — the App uses Google AdMob to show rewarded ads. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, and interaction data to serve and measure ads. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

How We Use Your Information

Authenticate you and maintain your player account.
Save and restore your game progress.
Grant in-game rewards for watching rewarded ads.
Process in-app purchases and verify their validity.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following third parties as necessary to operate the App:

Google — for authentication (Google Sign-In) and advertising (AdMob). See Google's Privacy Policy.
Google Play — for processing in-app purchases.
Amazon Web Services — our backend infrastructure runs on AWS (via Laravel Vapor). Data is stored in AWS data centres.

Data Retention

We retain your account and game data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below. You can also revoke the App's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account settings.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the current version took effect. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
